History
Born on June 7th, 1992, Imogene Lilliana Jurado, was the spitting image of her mother, Shannon Jurado. She would later develop the backbone that was publicly identified with her father, Mathias Jurado. As a child she spent many years in ballet and later in theater, much to the humiliation of her peers. Often called melodramatic she retained a childlike attitude when things didn’t go her way. Unlike her older brother, Aidan, Imogene never tried to get her father’s approval over her life and instead encouraged the neglect he bestowed them. She would much rather be out in the city life and getting into any sort of trouble she could find. When her cousin Kirsten Thurlow came to visit the family it was Imogene who helped her sneak out of the house to meet up with the charming Gavin Archambault who Kirsten had met earlier that day.
Start of the Series...
In 2011 when Imogene’s mother died, she stood in the background as her family mourned and tried to uncover the truth about Shannon’s death. It wasn’t to say that Imogene didn’t care, she was however, preparing herself for the damage she would have to repair once everything fell apart. When she overheard her brother ‘coming out’ to their cousin Kirsten, Imogene fainted but later admitted her devoting and love to him in private and although they bonded, Imogene wasn’t too hurt when Aidan left with the rest of the family to Stone Creek.
It was later revealed that Imogene had started to date Gavin, and even though she knew he had attempted to rape her cousin years earlier, it seemed that Imogene forgave him for it. The couple became engaged in 2013 and shortly after, with only her father present, they said their vows.
