History
A resident of Stone Creek since he was a child, Kevin Saunders was often a rival to the poorer Frank Nelson. After graduating from High School, Kevin left town for college where he studied Law. Eventually meeting his wife Melanie Holden, moving them both back to Stone Creek.
He dabbled a bit in PI work before he began working at Joplin & Maverick Lawfirm and starting a short lived affair with Lucy Hahn who moved onto Frank Nelson. A fact that re-ignited the rivalry between the two men. It was Kevin who threatened to reveal the affair between the two and helped usher Lucy out of town. Later, Kevin began having an affair with Charlene Sutton.
In High School he had always been in love with her, but because she hung out with a different crowd than he did Kevin never stood a chance. He fell in love with Charlene and even divorced Melanie so that he could be with her. But after their affair was uncovered by Patrick, they broke things off.
Patrick and Kevin had become semi-friends before the affair was found out. Even going as far as Kevin helping Patrick plant the seed of Abigail Jenkins being the presumed deceased, Danielle Crenshaw. Once Charlene choose to stay with her husband, the friendship turned vile as Patrick threatened Kevin into working the legalities of his campaign for Mayor.
In 2011, Kevin decided that he had to work things out with Melanie and after saying his goodbyes to Charlene Sutton, with the help of Deborah Nelson, the man left Stone Creek in search of his ex. wife.
