History
Is a school teacher who lives in Sunset Valley. She met Emmet Thurlow when he agreed to help settle a case for the school she was working at. After Emmet was transferred to the Sunset Valley Division of his father’s company, the two started dating.
In 2010 Iris Galloway accompanied Emmet to Stone Creek for the annual Founder’s Ball where she hoped that he wouldn’t propose to her. Back in Sunset Valley her friend Lucy Hahn had hinted that Emmet might be on the verge of proposing to Iris. But when Emmet did just that, she turned him down and decided to head back to Sunset Valley.
When Emmet returned for his aunt’s funeral, it was revealed that they were back together and that they had decided to get married soon. Although they frequently visited Stone Creek on a numerous of occasions, it wasn’t until late 2011 that they surprised everyone by moving to Stone Creek to settle down.
Unbeknownst to everyone else though, Iris had been harboring a secret. Her friendship to Lucy Hahn was the main reason for Iris’ move so that she could keep an eye on the younger woman and her baby, Sebastian.
